Returns and Cancellations

If the Buyer wishes to cancel their purchase for any reason, they must do so in writing by fax, e-mail or letter Faxes should be sent to 01989 565505

Please include your personal details (full name and address), order number, product code and reason for the return.

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods for a full refund less any cost of delivery and collection and providing that all goods are returned to us in the same condition they were at the time of delivery and in their original packaging.

Any monies which have been paid will be refunded within 30 days provided that the Seller receives the goods in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection will not be collected and a charge levied by the carrier to cover the cost of a failed collection.

Replacement of damaged goods

Goods that are damaged on arrival with the customer will be replaced at no additional cost. It is in the customers own interests to fully inspect all furniture at the time of delivery. Customers have up to 7 days following delivery to report damage, but claims must be supported by photographs and it is the responsibility of the customer to show the damage has not been caused by any misuse or mishandling following delivery. All claims must be supported by photographs.
