| Mainland UK delivery
The calculation of the cost of our Standard Courier Delivery service is based on the weight of the order. This starts from £9.99 for orders up to 30kg and then a charge of £1.50 for every additional 5 kilos will apply up to a maximum charge of £40.00.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and orders will be delivered to your door. Most items in stock can be delivered next day if the order is received by 11am. Please state your preferred delivery date on your order and we will confirm back to you.
Where a delivery date has been agreed but the buyer is not present to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional carriage fee to cover the second delivery. Upon delivery an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any damages, shortages or discrepancies must be notified in writing to our customer service department at sales@bedroomfurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Our Standard Courier Delivery service is available for England, Wales and most small shipments to Scotland. This service excludes the following postcodes that are classified as the Scottish Highlands. IV - all postcodes KW1-14 PA34, PA37-39 PH19-40, PH49-50 PH41 sector 4
Our Two Man Delivery Service is available for a set fee of £45 per order.
This service will not only guarantee the delivery on an agreed day, but takes the order to a room of the customers choice (subject to access). We understand that customers want to know as soon as possible when they can expect to receive their furniture. The experienced customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please allow up to 28 days lead time for your delivery to be made with this service.
Our Two Man Delivery Service is available for England and Wales only.

Items can be delivered within 14 days from the date of your order.
